Mind Embody Psychotherapy provides online trauma-focused psychotherapy that is individualized to meet your unique circumstances and needs.

Standard appointments are 55-minutes; however, extended intensives (75- and 90-minutes, 3-hour EMDR intensives) are available.

Private pay/out-of-network options are available and a superbill can be provided to you for submission for reimbursement from your insurance company if you have OON coverage.

Limited sliding scale options may be available. Please inquire about availability.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Mind Embody Psychotherapy, I understand that life happens and that unexpected circumstances may sometimes interfere with your scheduled appointment. At the same time, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Consistent attendance and timely communication help support the therapeutic process and allow me to provide care to all clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will not be subject to a cancellation fee. When you provide timely notice, I will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding another available appointment time.

Late Cancellation

A late cancellation is a cancellation or request to reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations may be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee is the client's responsibility and is not billed to or reimbursed by insurance.

No-Show Appointments

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not contacted the practice in advance. An appointment is considered to be a no-show if a client has not arrived by the 15-minute mark of the scheduled appointment.

A no-show fee may be charged for missed appointments without notice, and is the full fee of the scheduled appointment (see fees above and is dependent upon scheduled duration of the session). This fee is the client's responsibility and is not billed to or reimbursed by insurance.

**Completion of intake forms and payment methods are due no later than 24 hours prior to your first intake appointment. If intake forms and payment methods are not completed within 24 hours of your booked appointment, the appointment is not considered confirmed.
